something new happened to me today... I learned how to transfer pictures from my new phone, SAM (known to the world as a SGH-E590). For people who are more comfortable with their high-tech phones, this may seem like a stupid post. However I've never considered myself adept in anything electronic. In fact, there are a lot of jargons that will make me go "huh" for quite while. We recently celebrated Halloween in our office and I took a lot of pictures with my phone. I had a digcam with me as well but I opted to take some using my phone, thinking it would be just the same process of transferring it to my pc since I've been doing that for over a year. As you may have guessed by now, I was dumbfounded when I tried it. Thankfully, I was a bit stubborn. I searched for help in the NET and found out about a precious little software called SAMSUNG PC STUDIO. I downloaded the program (my phone kit didn't have an installation CD) and the rest was history. a little cheatsheet: In the software, use the Multimedia Manager to locate the files (photos, videos, music) on your cellphone and transfer them to your pc. It's very user-friendly! :)
